We aim to process your order on the day of receipt, NZST. We aim to dispatch your order within the quickest possible times. Public holidays, weekends, weather or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances we will endeavor to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues.
Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business.
All national orders are sent via NZ Post at a standard fee. For International shipping rate we have 2 delivery options, Air Parcel Post, or International courier for a slightly faster delivery. Please provide your physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Some addresses may have delivery restrictions that are beyond our control or delivery conditions that we are not able to meet. In these situations, we will do our best to get your parcel but if this is not possible through our standard delivery channels, we will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

How much is Shipping?
NZ Domestic Delivery Charges
For orders under NZD$50.00, the nationwide shipping cost is a standard $7.95
Orders over NZD$50.00 (excluding gift vouchers or promo codes) your order will be sent by tracked ParcelPost, free of charge.
International Delivery Charges
For orders under NZD$100.00, shipping delivery costs and times are dependent on your delivery option and location.
Orders over NZD$100.00 (excluding gift vouchers or promo codes) will be sent free of charge using International Air Small Parcel service.
North, Central and South America customers
We currently ship to selected countries in North, Central and South America: Canada, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Brazil.
We currently ship to these selected Asian countries: Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand from our fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. All other Asian orders will be processed from our warehouse in New Zealand.
PR of China
Coming Soon: We will have an independent fulfillment center in Guangdong exclusive for our Chinese customers. Orders processed of more than 1 item are dispatched free of charge to all Chinese orders via SF Express to all of mainland China.
Australasia & South Pacific
We are able to ship to most South Pacific countries from our warehouse in New Zealand.
We will either distribute your order from our New Zealand or Hong Kong warehouses dependent on country to country restrictions and the most efficient international service.

How long will Shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your international order within 1-2 business days, however during busy periods this can take longer. International third party carrier delays may be incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
Two shipping options are provided for international orders.
- International Air Small Parcel (3-10 days) non tracked
- International Courier (3-6 days) tracked
New Zealand Deliveries
All National orders are sent via Tracked Parcel Post. Depending location, some items may take up to 3 days to arrive.
Delivery to your door will be dependent on the type of courier used and whether it is sent to the North or South Island. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays. International delivery times are dependent on your shipping choice. We will email your tracking number, if available, allowing you to monitor your order.
Ocean & Earth accepts no liability for delay, damaged or lost items with purchase orders sent by a domestic or international third party carrier.
Please note that where possible, we will send your order tracked, but in certain situations, unfortunately we are unable to track all international orders.
Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to make a full 100% refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Ocean and Earth product is proven to be faulty. To make a return and claim a refund, (less any shipping costs), click here to download a Return & Refund Form. Once the faulty product has been received, we will process your refund request and either replace or refund to the payment method originally used for your purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
